Order Status:
How long will it take to receive my order?
- All products are made for you after you order them and take between 10 and 14 business days to be produced.
- Once your order is made for you, you will receive a shipping notification including tracking information for your order.
Can I expedite my order?
- No. As our lead times are due to production and not shipping, we do not offer expedited order options at this time.
How can I change/cancel an order?
- To make changes to an order (e.g. address changes, size changes) or to cancel an order please reach out to hello@shopberesonant.com as soon as possible after the order is placed with your order number.
How can I check the status of my order?
- If you have not received a shipping notification email from us after 14 business days, please reach out to hello@shopberesonant.com.

Where do you ship to?
- We currently ship only to the U.S.
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO/APO/FPO/DPO BOXES.
What are your shipping costs?
- Free shipping for orders over $75
- $7 shipping for orders below $75
How long does shipping take?
- Once your order is made for you (10-14 business days), it arrives in 2-3 business days.
How can I change address once the order has shipped?
- If you’d like to change your address after your order has shipped, please reach out to your local shipping provider’s office with your tracking information to redirect the order.
- You can find the shipping provider used for your order, either UPS or DHL, in your shipping notification email.
Returns & Exchanges:
What’s your return policy?
- We offer free returns and exchanges on U.S. orders of $75+ within 30 business days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Any merchandise that looks worn, washed, broken, is missing tags, or is returned without a receipt will not be refunded.
- Returns on orders less than $75 are subject to a $7 processing fee.
- To return an item, please submit your request and download your shipping label using our returns portal (https://shopberesonant.com/a/returns).
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return; you will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.
- Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
How do I complete an exchange?
- Please send the item(s) back to us. You can generate a shipping label at our return portal (https://shopberesonant.com/a/returns).
- After you ship your items, please send us an email at hello@shopberesonant.com with the items you would like to exchange for.
- Once we receive and process your return, we will place an order for your new items. Please allow 10-14 days for the new items to be made for you.
